Grande Escape Resort - Margaret River

Great location and provided all the necessary amenities. Pool was lovely and clean. The check in process was smooth and it was great. We got lovely fresh towels and the cafe on site was a nice touch. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere overall.

We loved the spacious room and beautiful surroundings, but were disappointed that the restaurant changed to overpriced tapas and daily housekeeping was cut. Chur for the mini bar!

Quite location but readily accessible.Conference Centre set up was great - top class! Surrounds are very attractive and tranquil.

Extremely slow and inefficient bar staff on Friday afternoon/evening! In view of the Conference timing, I think we could have scheduled breakfast for those guest attending conference a little earlier!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our passports were returned after we mistakenly left them behind. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring Margaret River.

No bath, horrible shower curtin, TV too small for room - the text didn't fit on the screen ie couldn't read subtitles on movies, walls paper thin, could hear people in adjacent rooms and we were woken early every morning by people moving around outside,

The hotel was reasonably clean and the room was great-sized and newly decorated. Everything met needs, had a such wonderful stay on public holidays. I visited an attached restaurant and appreciated the Chinese meals they offer.

Comfy stay with great amenities

The mini golf on-site and pool area were enjoyable. The complimentary drinks from the mini bar were a nice touch, although the lack of daily housekeeping was a drawback. It was a pleasant experience for a weekend getaway.

The location was alright and quite close to the main business strip. Though car or mode of transport is essential coz can't go on foot. The services include swimming pool. golf course, massages etc which is very nice.

A lot of things were not nice. (1) The towels were stained (2)There were so many insects and bugs crawling in the room(incl coackroaches and millipedes). (3)they were very very stingy on providing shampoo and soap. So had to use my own shampoo that luckily i packed a spare one of. (4) also very bad in replacing toilet rolls, they only provided 1 semi used roll and that's all. (5) the swimming pool looks huge and pretty on the website, when u get there its more like a kid's size pool. (5) It is definitely overpriced and over rated I believe.

The room was well furnished, equipped and clean.The price was right and did not require a two night stay. Out of your control of course, but the couple in ecstasy in the room next door shortened our sleep for quite some time!!!!

The brochure in the room described the restaurant as an experience not to be missed, locally caught seafood dishes etc, etc. We were told the fish of the day was barramundi. Local??The meal left a great deal to be desired and a sweet white wine by the glass the only choice!! In Margaret River ? Unbelievable!! The meal was acceptable for what it was, but the description in the advertising needs to change. Recommend the accommodation but not the meals.

Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, and there were times 4G was hard to come by. The kettle had to be filled in the bathroom since there was no sink in the living area, inconvenient. We found a pair of underwear and some sunglasses under the bed, indicating it could've used a deeper clean. Restaurants nearby tend to close early, with last orders around 8-8:30, limiting late-night dining options.

Nothing, the room was fair, the restaurant service and food was appalling. I would never recommend to anyone.

It was very quiet and relaxing. The place was great and was in a good location.
